Nancy Toran Duitch

Nancy Toran Duitch is a visionary entrepreneur and philanthropist whose leadership has shaped some of the most recognizable consumer brands of the last three decades. A trailblazer in wellness, beauty, and lifestyle innovation, she has built and scaled multiple companies through groundbreaking branding, e-commerce, and multi-channel marketing strategies.

As Founder and CEO of Sera Labs, Nancy transformed a start-up into a national leader, negotiating its sale to CURE Pharmaceutical. Under her leadership, Sera Labs partnered with Oscar-winning actress Nicole Kidman as Global Brand Ambassador and Strategic Partner, redefining how celebrity partnerships can elevate consumer brands.

Her career reflects not only creative vision and strategic foresight but also a profound sense of purpose. In 1991, following the sudden deaths of her brother Jack and sister Sharon, Nancy and her mother co-founded the Sudden Arrhythmia Death Syndrome (SADS) Foundation, later joined by the Cardiac & Arrhythmia Research & Education (CARE) Foundation. Together, they galvanized the medical community and brought national media attention to inherited arrhythmia syndromes in children and young adults; work that has saved countless lives.

After stepping away from her CEO role, Nancy devoted herself to writing the story she had carried for decades.
Her forthcoming true story, Before the Last Heartbeat: A Family Saga, Medical Mystery, and the Fight to Save Lives, is a deeply personal journey through loss, discovery, resilience, and the mission that continues to guide her life today.

Nancy lives in Los Angeles with her husband, Dennis, their blended family of children and grandchildren along with their Siberian Husky, Jack named in loving memory of her brother.
